Hutter Coupling Turning & Alignment Pins are proven to greatly reduce critical path outage time and improve worker safety. The patented pin design employs a cam shape on one end that quickly locks and unlocks coupling halves for rotation and alignment. This patented design eliminates slower methods of turning each coupling half separately during rim and face alignment. The design also prevents the pins from jamming when trying to turn two coupling halves at the same time. With this breakthrough design, entire turbine rotor trains can now be turned and aligned in on operation!
