Hutter Coupling “Hole Lineup” Pins, previously known as assembly pins, are another great time saving coupling assembly tool. These pins not only lineup coupling holes prior to coupling bolt or hydraulic bolt sleeve insertion, but they also have the added feature of correcting coupling rim concentricity issues by eliminating differential runout during the reassembly process when needed. Pins work equally well on previously line bored coupling hole or on new rotor coupling holes that need to be line bored. Pins come as a 2 pin set allowing the lineup of mating coupling holes in any desired direction. Pin also have bronze sleeves so they can be easily converted to any coupling hole size and universally used on multiple couplings on the same turbine or other units. Work great on jackshaft couplings as well. Buy 2 sets of pins and line up holes on both ends of the rotor at same time!!!
