Hutter LIFT-ALL with tilting work table top for bearing, bearing ring, hydrogen seal casing, oil deflector, or diaphragm work.
Place any bearing, bearing ring, hydrogen seal casing, oil deflector, or diaphragm onto our Hutter LIFT-ALL Work Table and tilt it from a vertical position to a horizontal position and back up again. Table saves user a tremendous amount of rigging manpower and crane time and thereby reduces the overall outage time. It is also much safer than rigging with crane when turning with chainfalls to lay down a bearing, bearing ring, hydrogen seal casing, oil deflector, or diaphragm from a vertical position onto a horizontal table. I also prevents workers from getting close to a suspended load or getting a hand injury. Our LIFT-ALL tilting tables are made with hydraulic cylinders for extra large tables (larger than 5 ft) or with semi-circular gearing and motors on smaller tables 5 ft x 5 ft or less.
