Owners Rep / Outage Liaison –
Hutter Enterprises has over 50 plus years of hands-on outage experience and the expert knowledge necessary to qualify as Owners Representative or Outage Liaison who works in behalf of the Plant Owner. This supports the plant by providing a turbine expert who represents the Owners interests, meets with and reports out to the Owner on a daily basis, fulfills the critical outage duties of the Owner like supplying materials to the turbine contractor, and, at the same time, is a subject matter expert on turbine generator work. We have performed this function many times during the years as plants have downsized their amount of personnel through the years.
We are fully knowledgeable of GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Allis-Chalmers, Mitsubishi, Dresser, ABB, and Elliott Steam and Gas Turbine-Generators and have run many crews in the past.
